Arbor Photographics reserves the right to use all images for display, publication, marketing or other purposes.

Gift Certificates are available in any amount.

We want to thank you for referring your friends and families to us! For every referral you will receive a $25 gift certificate to be used on a future session!

In order to hold the date and time of your portrait session we request your non-refundable session fee be paid at the time of booking.

We request 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule. Your session fee will be applied to your rescheduled session.

Checks, cash and all major credit cards accepted. Returned checks will be charged a $35 Service Fee.

All portrait orders require a 50% deposit.

No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Digital Files may be purchased with any qualifying order of $1500 or more for $500.

Policies

Your images will be available to order within 2-3 weeks of your session. At that time we will send you a link to view your images in a personalized, on-line gallery. This gallery will be active for two weeks. Requests to extend or reactivate you gallery will be subject to a $40 per week fee.

Orders may be placed on-line or by scheduling an appointment to come in to the studio.

The images from your session are available for 30 days. After 30 days, all images not purchased are purged. Purchased images are archived from the date of your session for 1 year.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for your completed order.
